ELAO ELECTRONIC SECRETARIAT

The new electronic secretariat of ELAO serves all air sports clubs both for the issuance of athlete cards and for much more secretarial work of the club towards ELAO. The goal is to create a very good database for air sports but also to facilitate the work of the clubs towards ELAO and to reduce the need to send documents by e-mail. In the coming period, the possibility of electronic submission of athlete participations in competitions of the ELAO program and the electronic submission of the COMPETITION SHEET will be expanded. There is the possibility of sending electronic Registration Applications for New Athletes and for New Clubs. Following their registration, Clubs and Athletes are Users.

ATHLETES
Once their registration is approved, athletes can log in with their AMKA to the ATHLETE CARD to:

CLUBS
Once clubs obtain management codes, they can log in and manage:

Their Member List
Their Athlete Reports
Select their athletes to be insured (air sports with a group insurance contract through ELAO) and automatically send the list to the corresponding committee.
Requests from members and athletes, i.e. issuance of cards, releases and transfers, are forwarded to ELAO for review, approval and processing
They can also submit and change club details, new ADA, Inventory forms and submit proof of subscription payments so that they can be checked by the ELAO Secretariat and approved.
