Evening of the Champions and winners of the 2024 Panhellenic Competitions, 25/1/2025

The champions of the 2024 Panhellenic Competitions were honored at the Evening of Champions and Winners, which took place at Tatoi Air Base on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 7:00 PM.

Awards were given to athletes who excelled in ten air sports, which included five categories of aeromodelling, as well as paragliding, hanggliding, general aviation, ultralight aircraft, and drones.

The top three aeroclubs in terms of participation were recognized as well:

• Magnesia Aerosports Association (31 athletes)

• Talos Heraklion Aeroclub (23 athletes)

• Serres Aeroclub (22 athletes)

The event saw attendance from dignitaries, including board members of aeroclubs nationwide and official guests. The awards were given by:

• Renis THESANA, President of the Albanian Aerosports Federation

• Flight Commander KIKERIS

• Flight Commander GEROULIS

• Mr. FRAGKOULOPOULOS of NEXEN TYRES (Hellenic Aerosports Federation sponsor)

• Athanassios BINIS, former President of the Hellenic Air and Railway Accidents Committee

Brigadier General (I) Ioannis ATHANASIADIS stood in for Lieutenant General (I) Demosthenes GRIGORIADIS, the Chief of the Air Force.

The event ended with a celebratory dinner for the champions and attendees.
